WORKSKIL | AUSTRALIA, CORPORATE CONVERSATION

WORKSKIL

Workskil Australia is a national not-for-profit and charity committed to transforming people’s lives through employment, community, Indigenous, youth and disability services.

It has a network of sites across Australia and 650 staff, making it one of the largest employment services organisations in the country.

Corporate Conversation was first engaged by Workskil Australia in 2014 to assist in lifting the organisation’s profile among its target audiences; namely employers, job seekers, government and industry bodies.

At the time, Workskil’s public profile did not adequately reflect the size and nature of its services.

Senior management recognised the need for brand investment through public relations to build greater reach to clients and potential clients.

Corporate Conversation instigated a proactive and strategic national approach to media relations for Workskil Australia. This led to a significant and immediate increase in Workskil’s media exposure and promotion of its key programs across various states.

In a sometimes sensitive industry, Corporate Conversation is also a trusted communications adviser for the senior executive team to help steer the organisation through any challenging issues.

As Workskil Australia has grown so too has its communication requirements.

Beyond traditional media activity, Corporate Conversation has and continues to provide services and advice across the full range of stakeholder communications from third party testimonials and social media to the creation and publications of quarterly industry reports.

Through all this activity, Corporate Conversation promotes:

  • Workskil as a leading organisation within its field nationally.

  • Workskil CEO Nicole Dwyer as an industry spokesperson and successful business leader in her own right.

  • Successful outcomes for employers and job seekers involved with Workskil.

  • Programs and the related benefits to employers and job seekers to encourage participation.

Comments from Nicole Dwyer, CEO, Workskill

“One thing I like about Corporate Conversation is that they’re engaged in our business. They’re as keen on our success as we are which I really appreciate.”
